At Chupacabra Offroad, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to your original packaging.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all previous shipping labels are covered or removed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
